Scientific studies

Our team of social scientists conceptualises scientific studies as well as surveys and implements them. We have substantial experience in empirical social studies and have academic qualifications in the fields of political science, sociology, social policy, pedagogy and social law.

Our activities include:

• We give prompt and up-to-date overviews on the German and international literature based on an analysis of data pools, libraries, and internet resources.
• We work with both quantitative and qualitative methods of empirical social studies. Statistical data is processed using SPSS.
• We use the principal methods of empirical social studies - document analysis, observations and, most importantly, interviews (individual and group interviews, expert interviews, telephone and written surveys) - and have extensive experience in interviewing specific target groups (senior citizens, migrants, youth).
• Literature reviews, development of research deigns and instruments, sampling, interview training and accompaniment, implementation of surveys, data analysis and the discussion of results - we apply all phases of a research project. Depending on your needs, we can take over parts of a research project or offer advice on the planning and implementation of such studies.
